How we process personal data, including data submitted via the enquiry form.
Data controller
The controller of personal data is RR PARTS Sp. z o.o., with its registered office in Kielce, ul. Stolarska 35/7, 25-523 Kielce, KRS 0001262703, NIP 9592095989. Contact for personal data matters: biuro@rrparts.pl.
What data we process
Data provided in the enquiry form or in correspondence: first name and surname, company name, VAT/tax number, phone number, e-mail address, part numbers and photos, attached files and the content of the message.
Purposes and legal bases
Replying to your enquiry and preparing a quote (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Fulfilling orders and settlements, including tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c) GDPR). Establishing, exercising or defending legal claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Data recipients
Hosting and e-mail providers, courier and freight companies, our accounting firm and providers of invoicing systems. Recipients process the data only to the extent necessary to provide services to RR PARTS.
Retention period
Data from enquiries that did not result in an order is kept for up to 12 months from the last contact. Data related to orders is kept for the period required by tax and accounting regulations (as a rule, 5 years from the end of the tax year) and until any claims become time-barred.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing and to data portability, as well as the right to object. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO, Poland). Providing your data is voluntary, but without it we cannot reply to your enquiry.
